Delivery

All press-on nail orders are shipped with tracking information. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.

For small orders of stickers and keychains, untracked lettermail is available as a more affordable option. However, please note that untracked shipments are sent at the buyer’s risk β€” Ciele Studio is not responsible for lost or undelivered untracked mail. If you prefer tracked shipping for these items, please select the appropriate shipping option at checkout.

Estimated delivery times will depend on your location. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed.

If you need Priority Shipping within Canada, please contact me so we can arrange a solution that suits your needs.

Due to COVID-19, please expect potential delays.

Once orders are sent out, Ciele Studio isΒ not responsible for lost, missing, or damaged shipments.

Customs, Duties & Shipping Issues

  • All customs fees, duties, and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Ciele Studio is not responsible for any additional charges incurred upon delivery.
  • Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. Ciele Studio is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, the buyer will need to cover the cost of reshipping.
  • If your order is refused or held by customs, it is the buyer’s responsibility to resolve the issue with their local postal service or customs office.

If you are ordering from overseas (any country outside of Canada or the USA), please contact me before placing your order. Shipping costs will vary depending on your location. Should you attempt to place an order without contacting me, your order will be immediately refunded.

Temporary Shipping Suspension to the EU
Due to the recent changes in shipping regulations and VAT policies in the European Union, I have temporarily suspended shipping to EU countries until further notice. I apologize for the inconvenience and will update this policy once shipping to the EU is available again.


Local Pickup

Currently, we are located in Markham, Ontario. All pickup orders are to be collected from this location. Please contact me through email or Instagram to arrange a pickup timeslot.
