Refund policy

Ciele Studio does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for press-on nails. All nail sets are custom-made for each buyer, as well as for hygienic reasons.

However, if you have any concerns about your order, please do not hesitate to contact me through Instagram or email, and I will do my best to resolve them.

Refunds on nail sizing issues are not accepted—I make all nail sets according to the measurements/sizes you provide. Please ensure your measurements and sizes are correct before placing the order! Purchasing a sizing kit is recommended to get the most accurate sizes.

Refunds on preset nail designs are also not accepted if they don’t look exactly like the product photo— all nails are handmade, so slight variations are to be expected. Please read the disclaimer below.

For all other products such as stickers and charms, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if your item arrives damaged (not caused by the customer), you may email me within 4 business days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the damage . The item must be unused and in its original condition when the damage is reported. I will review the issue and determine the best resolution.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or modified. Please ensure all your information, such as nail sizes/measurements, contact info, and shipping address, is correct. If you need to make a change before your order is shipped, please contact me through email or Instagram as soon as possible.

As all nail sets are handmade, products may vary from shown photos. Colours may also vary across all products, including stickers and keychains/charms, due to lighting and/or monitor settings.
